Web Design and Hosting

A variety of design services are available to serve the needs of most music educators. These include design, setup, domain registration, web hosting and periodic maintenance. Custom logos and animated flash screens can be custom designed as well. Weekly or monthly posting and uploading of information to a client's site is also available.

We only use and lease the best and highest quality equipment to host our clients. We have teamed up with several data center facilities all over the United States to provide the best service available. In addition to our strong dedication to high equipment and application standards, every customer is extremely important.

Domain Registration

We will search and register your domain name (one you choose that is available) plus contract use of server space for a period of one year that is renewable yearly. This will run approximately $100 per year and will done through the web hosting company and client.

 

Web Hosting and Design

Included in your initial set up package is the design of your home page with four other linked pages on your site, giving a total of five HTML pages. Also, at no additional cost up to five folders with links may be established with user ID and pass worded access (if requested) to any pics, docs, drill, or MP3 files you wish to share on your web site with your students and supporters. This makes your information secure to the outside world when needed. An additional fee will be accessed for each HTML page designed above five pages. Also additional fees will be charged for reformatting of digital media emailed from the client for posting such as pics and graphics as well as design of additional web site services such as slide shows, PayPal, streaming audio uploads, etc.

 

Maintenance and Updating

Weekly or bi-monthly posting schedules may be established according to your needs. A nominal fee will be charged when additional postings are needed in addition to the posting schedule.

 

Pricing and Fees

There is a $350.00 set up fee for the initial contractual year. After the first year, the yearly service fee is $200 to cover limited consultation services and advisement to help you to do your own postings via FrontPage.. An optional monthly maintenance fee of $15 per page will be billed to cover the cost of monthly updated postings. Weekly updated postings are available at additional cost. All postings will be done via email from the client to Educational Music and Design. Each additional HTML page above five pages costs $50.00 per page to design and post, payable during that month's billing cycle or at the beginning of the contractual year. There are additional fees accessed for site transfers and revisions from previously designed sites by a designer other than Educational Music and Design.
